The Role

Working alongside an experienced finance team, you'll support the day-to-day financial operations of the business while contributing to initiatives focused on automation, AI and business improvement.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career that combines finance, technology and commercial business operations.

Responsibilities

• Accounts payable and receivable

• Processing invoices and supplier payments

• Bank, creditor and general ledger reconciliations

• Assisting with payroll administration

• Supporting month-end reporting

• Maintaining accurate financial records

• Preparing reports using Excel and finance systems

• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies

• Supporting AI, automation and systems improvement projects

• Working with internal stakeholders across the business

About You

You'll ideally bring:

• Previous experience in an accounts, finance or administration role

• A genuine interest in technology, automation and AI

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• The confidence to suggest new ideas and improvements

• Excellent communication skills and a team-first approach

Experience within civil construction, infrastructure or the building industry will be highly regarded, however candidates from other industries are encouraged to apply.
