An industry-leading organisation within the aviation catering and retail sector is seeking a highly organised Data Entry / Administration Support Officer to join their team based in Mascot.

This is an excellent opportunity for an administration professional with strong data entry skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely data entry across internal systems
• Maintaining records and ensuring data integrity
• Administrative support to operational teams
• Monitoring and updating information databases
• Assisting with reporting and documentation requirements
• Supporting team workflows and meeting deadlines

About You

• Previous data entry and administration experience
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Strong Microsoft Office skills

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating roster provided 3 to 4 weeks in advance
• Shifts scheduled between 7:00am and 7:00pm
• Typical shifts may include 8:00am to 4:00pm or 10:00am to 6:00pm
• Fully onsite position
• No work from home
