Due to continued growth, NovaCare is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Registered Nurse to join our busy Clinical Care team in Carrington. We are looking for a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, responsive, and individualised care to our participants.

In this role, you will plan, organise, and implement care tailored to each individual, ensuring consistently high standards of professional practice. As an experienced leader, you will also provide clinical leadership, support, and guidance to our Care Staff, helping the team deliver exceptional outcomes for our participants.

• Maintaining your professional development in line with role requirements and current nursing standards.

• Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and fulfilling all regulatory requirements.

About You:

• A passion for exceptional customer service and motivated to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction scores through consistently meeting and exceeding expectations.

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport, establish relationships and adapt communication style to suit different audiences.

• Demonstrated ability to balance conflicting priorities in order to manage workflow, ensure the completion of essential projects, and meet critical deadlines.

• Demonstrated experience ensuring all reporting and administrative matters, billing record and requirements are met to meet team, organisational, operational and funding requirements.

• Confidence and proficiency with a range of computer programs and applications

• Willingness to be responsive and flexible, demonstrated recognition of the demands of a customer driven service delivery model that empowers choice.

• Knowledge of and/or experienced in the aged care industry.

• Current NSW driver’s license and willingness to drive for work purposes.

• A current Influenza vaccination

What you need to succeed …

• A Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration

• Have a minimum of 2 years post-basic nursing experience. Community / Aged experience is most desirable.

• The ability to contribute to and inspire a team in the delivery of person-centered care.

• Compassion and a genuine interest in caring for the elderly, supporting their dignity, choices and independence.

• Have experience in a clinical leadership role.

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated time management & organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines.

• Exceptional communication skills and ability to respond effectively in emergency situation.
