About the Role

Reporting to the Data Science and AI Manager, the Analytics Specialist will play a key role in driving data-led decision making across the organisation. This role sits within the Consumer Insights department and is focused on delivering analytics projects across data pipelines, data visualisation and advanced analytics, aligned to the broader data program roadmap.

This is a highly collaborative role that partners closely with key stakeholders across the business to provide critical insights, support self-serve tool development, and strengthen internal data literacy capability. You will work across multiple business areas, with a particular focus on customer data, translating complex data into meaningful insights that help shape business strategy, improve decision making and support the growth of TTI's data culture.

Responsibilities
· Deliver data analytics, reporting and insights that support business decision-making across key functions.
· Analyse large datasets to identify trends, opportunities and performance drivers.
· Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements and deliver data and AI solutions.
· Develop and enhance dashboards, reporting tools and self-service analytics capabilities.
· Support the rollout, adoption and training of new data products and processes.
· Contribute to TTI's broader data strategy, governance and analytics roadmap

What You Bring
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related discipline.
· Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for turning data into insights.
· Experience writing SQL queries and working with complex datasets.
· Proficiency in Python for data analysis, modelling and data pipeline development.
· Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and project management skills.
· Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense) and exposure to machine learning, cloud platforms or modern data environments will be highly regarded
· Contextual understanding of AI frameworks and an interest in applying predictive models to forecast future events, trends and business opportunities.
