Based at Kitten D'Amour's Head Office in Capalaba, we are looking for a friendly, organised and enthusiastic Online Fulfilment & Customer Experience Officer to join our team.

This is a full-time position, primarily Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Very occasionally, Saturday work may be required during busy promotional periods.

About You

The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, excellent problem-solving abilities and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

A passion for fashion, particularly vintage-inspired fashion, would be highly regarded.

You'll be confident using computers and online systems, with experience using Shopify and social media platforms being highly desirable.

You'll also have excellent spelling and grammar, with the ability to write professional and friendly email correspondence to both our guests and the wider Kitten D'Amour team.

Most importantly, you'll genuinely enjoy creating a wonderful experience for our guests while being organised, adaptable and eager to learn.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Processing and fulfilling online orders.

• Providing exceptional customer service via email and phone.

• Maintaining products, collections and content within Shopify.

• Assisting with website maintenance, product descriptions and online content updates.

• Troubleshooting Shopify POS and supporting online systems when required.

• Communicating company announcements, promotions and new procedures to our boutiques.

• Engaging with our online community through Facebook and Instagram.

• Assisting with our online Size Guide and Blog by contributing styling advice and photography.

• Picking and packing online orders during busy periods.

• Opening, inspecting and processing customer returns.

• Assessing returned garments and resolving customer enquiries.

• Maintaining a high level of knowledge of company policies and procedures.

• Keeping the online fulfilment area clean, organised and running efficiently.

• Supporting the wider Head Office team with a variety of exciting projects as required.
