About QNT Partners QNT Partners is a specialist recruitment firm for the quantitative trading industry, placing people into systematic funds, prop trading firms, and crypto trading businesses. We've gone from zero to ten people in under three years and are growing fast, founder-led, and building three business lines at once.

The role You'll sit in the founder's office, supporting the co-founder across executive support, operations, admin, and finance. One day it's managing the diary or chasing a signature; the next it's tidying a CRM record or fixing a broken process. There's also a small amount of marketing support (scheduling LinkedIn posts, keeping content moving), but this is an EA/operations role, not a marketing one.

This is a junior role: 1-3 years' experience, organised, sharp, and eager to learn. You'll be trained up across contracts, finance admin, and CRM operations, and for the right person who grows with the business, there's a real path toward a COO-type role over time. Two things matter most here: being highly organised, and thinking creatively about better ways to do things.

What you'll do

• Executive support: manage the co-founder's diary, travel, and inbox; catch what falls through the cracks.

• Contracts & finance: prepare and chase contracts through DocuSign; own invoicing and payment follow-up; support cash flow tracking and routine finance admin with the accountant; keep compliance paperwork organised.

• CRM & recruitment ops: keep Bullhorn and Airtable current (job statuses, submissions, candidates); flag new client opportunities; put together recurring reports.

• Marketing support: keep the weekly LinkedIn/content cadence running.

What we're looking for

• Highly organised — you build systems, not to-do lists, and nothing slips.

• Creative — you notice better ways to do things and speak up.

• 1-3 years in an EA, operations, or coordinator role (recruitment or financial services a plus, not required).

• Strong written English and attention to detail.

• Comfortable with, or quick to pick up, Bullhorn, Airtable, DocuSign, and LinkedIn scheduling tools.

• Discreet and trustworthy — you'll see client contracts, fees, and the inner workings of the business.

• Based in Sydney (required — the role moves to in-office days as the local team grows).

Compensation and logistics Base salary: AU$75,000–$85,000, depending on experience. Remote first, moving to three days/week in-office as the Sydney team builds out. Reports to the Co-Founder.
