About the role

RMDY Collective is seeking an organised, proactive and highly adaptable Personal Assistant to support our General Manager across multiple fast-moving businesses. This is a part-time position based in our Augustine Heights Head Quarters office, offering approximately 20 hours per week with flexibility across days and hours for the right candidate.

This role supports the day-to-day operations of RMDY Academy of Homeopathy, an internationally recognised online education provider welcoming more than 500 students each year from around the world, as well as providing support across RMDY Collective and our growing e-commerce operations.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others succeed. You will become the right hand to our General Manager, assisting her with daily priorities, administration, project coordination, customer and student communication and keeping many moving pieces organised behind the scenes.

The role changes throughout the 2 year curriculum - from intake and enrolment processing, to scheduling tutorial groups, handling incoming emails promptly and the completion with the student graduation and celebrations.

This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, communicates exceptionally well and has a genuine "can-do" attitude. We value people who are flexible, open to learning, take direction well, anticipate what needs doing and aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves to help wherever required.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day executive and administrative support to the General Manager across multiple business areas.

  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings and scheduling across multiple time zones.

  • Coordinate Zoom meetings, webinars, tutorials and online events using Zoom Scheduler and associated tools.

  • Assist with the administration of our international online Academy through platforms such as Thinkific and Zoom.

  • Prepare documents, reports, spreadsheets and presentations as required.

  • Respond to emails and customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.

  • Assist with project coordination and ensure tasks are completed within required timeframes.

  • Liaise with students, practitioners, Tutors, Directors and team members from around the world.

  • Work closely with our team using Slack to ensure clear communication and smooth workflow.

  • Provide reception and general administration support at HQ as required (in leave or busy periods only)

  • Assist with Shopify and e-commerce operations during busy periods, including order management, customer service and fulfilment support.

  • Support marketing initiatives and be comfortable appearing in social media content, behind-the-scenes videos or promotional material.

  • Help identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows and efficiencies across the business.

  • Be willing to jump in wherever needed—no task is too big or too small.


What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or senior administrative professional.

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

  • Excellent working knowledge of Zoom is essential and non-negotiable.

  • Experience managing calendars and scheduling.

  • Confidence using online platforms and learning new technology quickly.

  • Experience with Thinkific, Shopify or similar online platforms would be highly regarded.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong initiative with the ability to work independently while also taking direction well.

  • A positive, flexible and solutions-focused attitude.

  • Professional presentation with outstanding customer service skills.

  • Creative thinking and willingness to contribute ideas.

  • Comfortable representing the business online and occasionally appearing in social media content.

  • Experience within education, healthcare or e-commerce would be advantageous but is not essential.

  • General understanding of Homeopathy is favourable but not essential.
