About Us
Ocius Technology is an Australian company dedicated to developing and deploying cutting edge Uncrewed Surface Vehicles (USVs). Our vessel's harness Wind, Solar and Wave power to remain at sea collecting vital data for Defence and Civilian applications.
We are under contracts with RAN, RNZN and USA and are responding in an agile way to an ambitious program of building and deploying multiple USVs for operations around Australia and beyond.
About the Role
The role of the IT Support Officer is to provide on-site support to users and technology across Ocius to ensure we can continue building and operating our fleet of Bluebottles. The role with partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure effective IT operations.
A typical day as an IT Support Officer could include:
Resolving Level 1 & Level 2 tickets with stakeholder from across the business
Administering a modern cloud based M365 environment
Providing an excellent customer experience for your stakeholders
Selection Criteria
2 years plus experience working on a help desk or in a supporting IT role
Experience providing on-site technical support
Proficiency in applications and administration, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Ninja 1 (RMM), NetSuite
Knowledge of how to manage user accounts, permission, and access controls across systems; monitor and manage backups
Experience building and updating technical documentation within a support environment
