Bookkeeper

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of financial processes and contributing to a fast-paced, professional environment.

About the Role

Reporting to management and the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the day-to-day bookkeeping functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable

• Perform daily bank reconciliations

• Process payroll and superannuation

• Prepare and lodge BAS

• Maintain and reconcile general ledgers

• Assist with month-end and year-end reporting

• Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping in MYOB

About You

• Minimum 3 years’ bookkeeping experience

• Strong proficiency in MYOB (essential)

• Solid understanding of Australian accounting principles and GST/BAS requirements

• Experience with payroll processing and Fair Work obligations

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication skills

• Microsoft Office competency expected
