Outbound Team Leader

Full-Time, permanent onsite role, 40 Hours per week 

Sunday - Friday : 7am - 5pm Site Operating hours

(Must be available to work on a rotating Sunday)

We are seeking a high-energy and experienced Outbound Team Leader to join our BRAND NEW warehouse based in Brooklyn (or as we like to call it... HealthHub). 

Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, this is a pivotal leadership opportunity to be part of laying the foundations for this brand-new facility. If you are looking for a hands-on role where you will be at the forefront of our HealthHub setup, and can drive the success of our new outbound team from day one, then this is the role for you.

Responsibilities include: 

• Operations: Lead the outbound team to pick, pack, and dispatch high-volume orders accurately, on time and in accordance with the fulfilment process. 

• Supply Management: Maintain sufficient levels of packing materials, including, bags, boxes, labels etc, to meet order volumes.

• Quality Control: Identify problems and clear bottlenecks by investigating issues and finding practical solutions to keep the workflow moving.

• Team Management: Ensure the new crew members are effectively trained, developed and address performance gaps as they are identified.

• Team Wellbeing: Act as an onsite First Aider certified in CPR and First Aid practices as-well-as coordinating the movements of staff in an emergency. 

• Work, Health & Safety: Demonstrate an awareness, understanding and commitment to WHS regulations, policies and procedures set by the company.

• Housekeeping: Ensure Pick, Pack and Dispatch stations are clean and clear hazards at all times.
