About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to support the delivery of Support at Home, NDIS and DVA services. The role is responsible for claims processing, invoicing, time sheeting and financial administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely service delivery.

You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining high-quality records and supporting funding, reporting and administrative processes within the aged care sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, submit and reconcile Support at Home and NDIS Claims

  • Maintain accurate client, service and financial records

  • Generate client and funding body invoices and assist with reconciliations

  • Prepare and process fortnightly time sheets

  • Assist with budgeting, expenditure tracking and month-end processes

  • Use My Aged Care Portal, SharePoint, Nightingale and Excel for reporting and data management

  • Provide administrative support to fleet operations, fatigue management and general office functions

  • Support meetings, committees and ad hoc Executive administration

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Aged Care administration experience

  • Demonstrate experience with Support at Home and NDIS claims

  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (particularly Excel)

  • Experience in invoicing and time sheeting

  • Familiarity with My Aged Care Provider Portal

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of aged care funding and compliance

  • Experience with Ezi Plan, Xero or similar systems
