Warehouse Storeperson / Delivery Driver

About the role

HBW FOODSERVICE is seeking a full-time Warehouse Storeperson / Delivery Driver to join our team in Hervey Bay, Queensland. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods, as well as making local deliveries to our customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Receiving and processing incoming goods, including quality checks and stock management

2. Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently

3. Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse

4. Safely operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trolleys

5. Making local deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

6. Assisting with inventory audits and stock takes

7. Providing excellent customer service to our clients

What we're looking for

1. Prior experience in a warehousing or logistics role, preferably within the food service industry

2. Forklift license and experience in operating warehouse equipment

3. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently

4. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour

5. Good physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy items

6. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

7. A current MR license and clean driving record
