This is an immediate requirement to support the team during a critical period, helping to reduce backlog and ensure business continuity. You'll step into a hands-on environment where your contribution will have a direct and immediate impact.

Description

This is a high-volume, detail-focused administrative position supporting logistics operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Data entry across SAP and Salesforce
• Managing and processing high volumes of documentation
• Scanning, filing, and maintaining accurate digital records
• Ensuring all documentation is audit-compliant and accurate
• Supporting end-to-end administrative workflows
• Working closely with both office and warehouse teams

Profile

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• 3-5+ years' experience in administration / operations / project support or logistics
• Strong SAP experience (preferred and highly regarded)
• Exceptional attention to detail (critical for compliance and audit)
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads with accuracy
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Job Offer

• 6 month contract role
• Hendra office
• Monday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
• Tuesday - Thursday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
• Friday: 7:00am - 3:00pm
• 30-minute lunch break
