About the Role

This is a hands-on role that plays an important part in our daily warehouse operations. You will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders while ensuring stock is maintained and warehouse operations run efficiently.

A key part of this role involves using warehouse and freight software to process customer orders, generate shipping labels, and prepare consignments for dispatch. Strong computer skills and confidence using technology are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders.

• Process customer orders using warehouse management and freight systems.

• Generate shipping labels and prepare consignments for dispatch.

• Prepare orders for dispatch, including packaging and labelling.

• Process incoming and outgoing freight.

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock.

• Maintain accurate inventory locations.

• Assist with stock replenishment and stocktakes.

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.

• Operate warehouse equipment safely and in accordance with company procedures.

• Work closely with the warehouse and operations teams to meet daily dispatch deadlines.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Certificate III in Warehousing (TLI31610 or equivalent) – Essential.

• Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations (TLI30325 or equivalent) - Favourable

• Undergo and pass a National Police Check (costs reimbursed for successful hires)

• Previous experience in a warehouse, dispatch, or pick packing position.

• Knowledge of aftermarket performance car parts - Favourable

• Sound computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn and confidently use warehouse management systems, freight portals, and order processing software.

• Experience processing customer orders and creating shipping labels is highly regarded.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

• A current Forklift Licence is highly regarded but not essential.

• Experience operating Work Assist Vehicle Equipment (WAVE) as defined by AS2550.10, or a willingness to undertake training and become certified.
