Location: Bayswater, Melbourne VIC
Hours: Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 5:00pm (Paid Overtime Daily)
Pay: $32 – $35 per hour + Super = With Overtime early up to $80,000 plus Super

We’re looking for more than someone who can simply work in a warehouse.

We’re looking for a dependable team member — someone with a strong work ethic, who turns up on time, takes pride in doing the job properly, and wants to become part of a hardworking team that supports each other.

This is a hands-on physical role where accuracy matters. You'll spend most of your day picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch, ensuring everything leaves on time and gets out the door correctly.

Forklift work is part of the role (approximately 10–15% of your day), so a forklift licence is essential, but this is not primarily a forklift driving role.

The Role

You will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.

Your day will include:

✓ Picking and packing customer orders with high attention to detail
✓ Preparing and coordinating dispatch orders
✓ Forklift operation (approximately 10–15% of your day)
✓ Loading and unloading deliveries
✓ Assisting with stock control and stocktakes
✓ Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse
✓ Following workplace safety procedures
✓ Supporting your team during busy periods

What You Must Have

✓ Current Forklift Licence — essential
✓ Previous warehouse / pick and pack experience
✓ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✓ Physical capability for manual handling and active work
✓ Reliability and punctuality
✓ Strong work ethic
✓ Positive attitude and team mentality
✓ Clear communication and willingness to help others
