We're a well-established, highly regarded Fremantle practice that’s been supporting adults and youth for over ten years.

We invite warm, dedicated psychologists at all stages of their careers — from experienced practitioners to early-career clinicians — to join our team. We’re growing — and looking for a Psychologist (Clinical / Registrar / Registered) who shares our commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care in a relaxed, authentic setting.

The role offers the opportunity to work with adults and/or adolescents across a broad range of presentations, while developing a caseload that aligns with your interests, strengths, and areas of curiosity.

Professional Growth, Supervision & Support

• Monthly individual supervision and monthly group supervision for all psychologists

• Comprehensive support for early-career psychologists, including board-approved clinical supervision for registrars.

• Dedicated support to train or advance skills in EMDR and Schema Therapy

• Regular in-house CPD sessions and guest workshops, plus a generous annual CPD budget ($1000)

• Open-door consultation with peers, the Clinical Lead, and Director — because support shouldn’t only happen once a month

• A trauma-informed culture with space to explore special interests
