• Sydney (HQ) & Mainly WFH (Interstate Considered)

The Opportunity:
Our client is in a high-growth phase, investing significantly in technology and people. They're rapidly capturing market share and propelling a transformation across their data, ERP, CRM & cloud & ecosystems.

This is a genuine chance to build; you'll play a lead role in their enterprise-wide data transformation spearheading the Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) environment.

What you will be doing:

• Lead & Execute: Drive the design and implementation of enterprise data integration solutions using Informatica IDMC.
• Architect Pipelines: Build and optimize complex ETL/ELT mappings and high-performance data pipelines.
• Performance Tuning: Take ownership of performance across cloud and hybrid environments to ensure seamless data delivery.
• Best Practices: Establish coding standards, robust documentation, and reliable release patterns for the broader engineering team.

Skills required:

• Deep, hands-on expertise in Informatica IDMC/IICS.
• Exposure to Azure/AWS/Salesforce is desirable.
• Exposure to Higher Education including Canvas/Banner would be highly advantageous.
