With an incredible track-record across NSW, our client is an internationally recognised project marketing firm offering you an opportunity to join a high-performing, industry-leading team, working across a variety of sites and being trained / mentored into a Project Sales Executive within 12 – 18 months!!

The Role:

Based in the corporate head office (CBD) one day and onsite in the Sales Suites the other 4 days, your day to day will include:

• Support the Sales Team with lead nurturing, follow-up reminders and appointment setting
• Undertake outbound database calls to prospective purchasers and existing leads
• Provide general administrative support to the Sales Team, Project Manager and Project Director.
• Assist with CRM data cleansing and maintaining accurate customer records
• Assist with Sales Office preparation, including collateral, displays and presentation standards
• Attend project briefings and sales meetings

About You:

• Previous Real Estate experience (and a Real Estate Certificate / or about to complete)
• Professional presentation and confident customer-facing manner
• Able to work weekends (this is a 5 day role including Saturdays & Sundays)
• Proactive, organised and accountable, with a strong desire to learn and progress
