About the Role

Patrick Leo is seeking an experienced and highly organised Bookkeeper to join our team. This hybrid role is based in our Potts Point office and combines core bookkeeping responsibilities with light administrative and office support across the business.

You will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting compliance requirements, assisting with general office operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business performance. You will work closely with the Managing Director to support business growth and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Financial Management

  • Daily bank reconciliations in Xero

  • Managing accounts payable and receivable

  • Processing invoices, supplier payments, and expense claims

  • Preparing and managing sales WIP and issuing commission invoices

  • Preparing monthly management reports

  • Assisting with BAS preparation and liaising with external accountants

  • Supporting end-of-month and EOFY processes

  • Maintaining financial records in line with NSW regulatory requirements

Office & Administrative Support (as required)

  • General office administration and coordination

  • Managing supplier relationships and office service providers

  • Assisting with document management and compliance records

  • Supporting onboarding and HR administration processes

  • Assisting with internal reporting and data organisation

  • Providing ad-hoc administrative support to the Managing Director and leadership team

About You

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping (real estate experience highly regarded)

  • Strong working knowledge of Xero

  • Confident using SharePoint, Outlook, and Excel

  • High attention to detail with strong organisational skills

  • Ability to manage deadlines independently

  • Professional communication skills

  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (minimum 2 days in office)

  • Proactive, adaptable, and willing to assist with broader office support when required
