Dotmar Engineering Plastics is looking for a motivated Storeperson / Warehouse All-Rounder to join our growing Willawong team.

This isn't your typical warehouse job. Every day is different. One minute you'll be preparing customer orders, the next you'll be assisting with specialised engineering plastics, loading our delivery vehicles, receiving stock, or supporting our machining and manufacturing teams. Our Willawong operation is more than just a warehouse. It is a modern industrial distribution and manufacturing facility featuring CNC machining, cut-to-size services, reverse engineering, CAD design, 3D scanning, 3D printing, company-owned delivery vehicles and one of Australia's largest ranges of engineering plastics.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play an important role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service every day by:

• Accurately picking, packing and preparing customer orders.

• Loading and unloading company vehicles safely and efficiently.

• Checking deliveries before departure and verifying goods upon arrival.

• Receiving incoming stock and maintaining accurate inventory records.

• Preparing freight and coordinating dispatch with transport providers.

• Assisting with stock control and regular stocktakes.

• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse.

• Working closely with our sales, machining, transport and customer service teams.

• Delivering outstanding service to both internal and external customers.

About You

We're looking for someone with the right attitude as much as the right experience.

You'll ideally have:

• A current Australian Driver Licence.

• A Forklift Licence (or the willingness to obtain one).

• Previous warehouse, logistics or distribution experience.

• Experience within industrial products, manufacturing, engineering, trade supplies or wholesale distribution would be highly regarded.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.

• Good communication skills.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• The ability to work independently while contributing to a strong team culture.

• A commitment to safety, quality and customer service.
