Based at our West Perth group office, you'll support the group nationally alongside senior engineers who'll help you grow into cloud, security or systems administration.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, network and enterprise platforms for staff onsite and remote.

• Run onboarding and offboarding — accounts, access and equipment.

• Get hands-on with Azure (Intune, Virtual Desktop, Files) and Microsoft 365, including Copilot and Power Automate.

• Work with Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, RDS), backups, switches and servers alongside senior engineers.

• Keep systems patched, secure and monitored — your first step toward cybersecurity.

• Partner with vendors and internal teams to deliver projects and improve how things run.

About you

• 2+ years in IT support or helpdesk.

• Strong troubleshooting, communication and a customer-first mindset.

• Curious about cloud, security or automation, and keen to grow.

• Microsoft 365/Azure exposure and basic networking ideal — attitude beats certs.
