All Foods Market is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their strong and successful team. As Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Manage the Group's Accounts Payable processes (including weekly, monthly and quarterly reconciliations) providing effective and efficient services and working within the Accounts Payable stream of the broader Finance team;

• Ensuring invoices are approved for payment within delegated authorities, and payment occurs in timely and sound manner;

• Accurate processing and management of the supplier Credits process, identifying areas of discrepancy and responding in a timely and accurate manner (examples may include overcharges or undersupply of goods);

• Efficient and accurate reconciliation of account statements in line with payment terms;

• Processing of daily, weekly and monthly payments runs across multiple Group profit centres and entities;

• Management and supervision of the wider Accounts Payable team, including both onshore and offshore staff.

• Liaise directly with the Group Financial Controller and CFO across weekly payments and accounts management processes.

Ideally, the Successful Applicant will have:

• 3-5 years' past experience in a similar Accounts Payable role;

• Confidence with basic accounting principles and tasks including AP/AR management, reconciliations and invoice processing along with the desire to develop and take on additional tasks;

• Previous experience working with an enterprise-level accounting package and Microsoft suite (specifically Microsoft Excel).

• Outstanding communication and accuracy across all levels, with the ability to follow-up on credit management and effectively navigate supplier behaviors;

• Excellent attention to detail and timeliness across all tasks;

• Ability to work as part of a friendly and close-knit team.
