Customer Service & Data Entry – Early Morning shifts / Early Finishes!

We're a well-established, family-owned business with a strong presence in the Australian market.

Due to continued growth and operational requirements, we're on the lookout for an early morning Customer Service & Data Entry team member to join our fast-paced team based in Epping.

This is a permanent part time role (30 hours per week). Flexibility with hours is required, and yes, early starts mean early finishes.

• Monday: 9am - 2pm

• Tuesday: 9am - 2pm

• Wednesday: 3am to 10am

• Thursday: 3am to 10am

• Friday: 9am - 2pm

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly, with key responsibilities including:

• Fast and accurate order entry

• Invoicing and dispatch coordination

• Customer communication and support

• Providing general admin and office support

What We're Looking For

You're someone who's organised, detail focused and thrives in a busy, team environment. You'll also bring:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Great communication skills and a proactive attitude

• Flexibility to adjust your hours during busy periods or when covering for team leave
