Position Summary: 

• Deliver exceptional service throughout all Club Lounge service periods, including food and beverage presentation, bar service, and personalised guest interactions.

• Welcome guests to the Club Lounge and assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless and memorable arrival and departure experience.

• Act as a knowledgeable ambassador for Melbourne and The Ritz-Carlton, providing local recommendations, arranging bookings, and assisting with transportation, dining, entertainment, and sightseeing enquiries.

• Review daily guest arrivals, departures, preferences, and special requests, taking proactive steps to personalise each guest's stay.

• Maintain the Club Lounge to the highest luxury standards, ensuring all areas remain immaculate, well-stocked, and presentation-ready throughout the day.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with responsible service and brand standards.

• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless service delivery and timely resolution of guest requests.

• Promote hotel facilities, experiences, and Marriott Bonvoy benefits to enhance the overall guest journey and drive engagement with the property.

About You:
