Accounts All Rounder

We are seeking an experienced Accounts All Rounder to join our established group of companies in the construction industry based in Seven Hills for a full time position.

This is a hands-on role for motivated and organised individual who can confidently manage the day-to-day accounting functions across multiple companies while working independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsilbilities

• Accounts payable & Accounts Receivable

• Payroll processing

• Bank, credit card and general ledger reconciliations

• Month-end procedures and reporting

• Cash flow management

• Maintaining accurate financial records

• General accounting and administration duties

• Preparing reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel

Essential Skills & Experience

1. Minimum 3 years' experience in an Accounts All-Rounder role

2. Excellent Microsoft Excel skills

3. Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and reconciliations

4. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

5. Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised

6. Reliable, trustworthy and able to meet deadlines

7. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

8. MYOB experience and Construction industry experience is highly regarded
