Assistant Accountant/Receptionist

Key Responsibilities 

• Preparation of individual tax returns to the ATO including calculation of CGT, investment income, validation, and lodgement using Sage - Handi Tax and MYOB AE for a variety of Tax Returns.

• Company, Trust, Partnership, SMSF Setup, and other administrative tasks via ASIC, ABR, Tax agent portal, etc. 

• In addition, you will operate at the Front Desk ie there will be some reception duties using Outlook and Word. 

• Tax Returns and Bookkeeping for Trusts, Company, Sole Traders, and individuals.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in a Public Practice is essential.

• Ability to use Handi Tax & Handi Ledger or MYOB AE to input data is essential.

• You will have a high attention to detail and operate in a fast and efficient manner.
