Our client is a high-growth technology business leveraging AI, automation, and innovation to disrupt their industry. They seek a Head of Finance to partner closely with the CEO while reporting to the CFO.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, controls, compliance, and audits.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and commercial insights.
• Oversee core finance operations and month-end processes.
• Modernise finance through automation, AI, and system improvements.
• Build and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Partner on strategic and commercial initiatives.

About You

• CA/CPA qualified with finance leadership experience in a fast-scaling tech or high-growth environment.
• Track record modernising finance with automation and technology.
• Strong commercial acumen and communication skills.
• Collaborative, high-integrity leader with a humble and approachable style.
• Growth mindset, thrives on change, building scalable processes, and delivering results.
