Finance Manager (incl. Payroll)

We're looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join the team at McLardy McShane Partners.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with the business, leading financial operations, and driving continuous improvement.

Reporting to the CFO, you'll play a key role in:

✔ Leading day-to-day finance operations across a growing multi-entity business

✔ Delivering accurate financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting

✔ Managing payroll, cash flow and statutory compliance

✔ Developing insightful management reporting and KPIs

✔ Improving finance systems and processes, including automation and Power BI initiatives

✔ Supporting our national insurance broking and authorised representative network

We're looking for someone who brings:

• CA or CPA qualification

• 5+ years' experience as a Finance Manager or Senior Accountant

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

• A proactive, commercially focused mindset

• Experience in insurance, financial services or professional services (highly regarded)
