Property Officer/Leasing Consultant - Pennant Hills

Our client is a boutique office in the Pennant Hills Area This is a team that has set out to build its reputation as an honest team that loves what they do whilst having fun doing it. Currently seeking a Leasing Consultant/Property Officer to work in a tight-knit Department, this is a role for someone that wants to be part of an expanding, fast-paced, and successful team! 

The Role:

• Lease sign ups
• Preparing lease packs
• Routine Inspections
• Conducting open for inspections 
• Supporting the property management team
• Ad hoc administration duties

  
The Candidate:

• Previous Real Estate Leasing experience is preferred
• A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License with a reliable car
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
• Must have excellent communication skills both written & verbal
• Must have a can-do attitude & a strong passion for Real Estate!
