The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to oversee the day to day running of our transport operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional service delivery across our fleet and driver team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily fleet operations, scheduling, and dispatch

• Lead, supervise, and support drivers and operational staff

• Ensure compliance with all relevant transport regulations and safety standards

• Optimise routes and resource allocation to improve efficiency and reduce costs

• Handle customer enquiries, and service issues professionally

• Track performance metrics and prepare operational reports

About You

• Proven experience in an operations management role (transport/logistics preferred but not essential)

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Current driver’s licence
