Motackle is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Parcel / Order Packer to join our team at our Coffs Harbour facility. This is an ongoing casual role with consistent full-time hours (38 hours per week), Monday to Friday.

The role is primarily focused on packing customer orders, with regular time spent working in the dispatch area of the department, ensuring parcels are prepared accurately and dispatched on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Packing customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Preparing parcels for dispatch (boxing, labeling, sealing)

• Quality-checking items before packing

• Assisting in the dispatch area as required

• Minimal picking duties when needed

• Keeping the packing and dispatch areas clean and organised

• Meeting daily dispatch deadlines

What We're Looking For:

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to ongoing work

• Strong attention to detail

• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods

• Ability to lift and move light to moderate loads

• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team

• Warehouse or packing experience preferred, but not essential

• Australian work rights required
