About the position
Reporting to the Group AR Manager, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable function, ensuring timely collections, accurate processing, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Allocate incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts.

• Monitor outstanding debtor balances and proactively follow up overdue accounts.

• Build positive relationships with customers to resolve payment queries professionally.

• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies.

• Process credit notes and customer adjustments where required.

• Perform account reconciliations.

• assist with month-end reporting

• Maintain accurate customer records within the accounting system.

• Support the Finance team with administrative and general accounting duties as required.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar finance role.

• Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and debtor management.

• Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

• Sound problem-solving and negotiation skills.

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
