We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Administration team.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Processing and coding supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner

• Matching purchase orders to invoices and investigating discrepancies

• Obtaining payment approvals and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

• Preparing and processing electronic payments

• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving outstanding issues

• Maintaining accurate and organised accounts payable records

• Liaising with suppliers and internal departments to resolve account queries

• Completing daily banking and bank deposits

• Processing customer refunds and sales-related payouts

• Scanning and filing administrative documentation

• Providing general administrative support as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or similar accounting role, preferably within the automotive industry

• Experience using accounting software such as Titan (highly regarded)

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Effective organisational and time management skills

• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A current and valid driver's licence
