AIM Mining Corporation operates the Warrawoona Gold Project near Marble Bar and is advancing our Nullagine Project in the East Pilbara. With our Head Office in West Perth, we are expanding our Corporate Finance capability to support operational growth.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our growing Corporate Finance team.

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, this role is primarily responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable function, ensuring supplier invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner

• Preparing and managing creditor payment runs

• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies

• Maintaining supplier accounts and records

• Assisting with month-end reporting and reconciliations

• Responding to supplier and internal queries professionally and efficiently

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role

• Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy

• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

• Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills

• Confident communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)

• Experience with accounting systems (Pronto highly desirable)

• Exposure to the mining industry is highly desirable
