Data enter and manage vendor invoices for ANZ (End to End Accounts Payable)

Managing vendor queries and maintanaince of up to date records

Processing weekly vendor payment runs EFT and Manual

Preparing Accounts Payable related reconcliliations

Assisting finance team in month end close

Maintaining upto date intercompany records and foreign payments

Manage day to day Admin activities of ORAFOL Australia.

Provide assistance to Accounts Receivable

Liaising with the ORAFOL Australia and NZ wider team

Adhoc duties as assigned by senior management
