Support Consultant

Their product covers a very broad range of functionality which they are continuously improving, fine-tuning and perfecting. They customise functionality based on customer needs supported by their technical services staff and online knowledge base. Their focus is to have satisfied customers wanting to and using their products and services. 

They are looking to recruit a Support Consultant in their NSW branch with a background of providing software support and consulting services to customers. Support Consultants provide first and second level support services to clients primarily by email and telephone, but also at the customer site.  You need to be methodical and analytical with good diagnostic and problem resolution skills and the ability to show initiative. Their preference would be someone with ERP software support experience for ERP products like Oracle, SAP, MYOB, Sage, Xero, Pronto, Epicor, Infor etc.

·        The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years software and IT support experience. 

·        You may have worked for an IT hardware, security or software vendor supporting software or infrastructure in a support centre environment.

·        You will have a good understanding of software, preferably finance software.

·        You will have excellent customer interface, support and communication skills – both written and verbal.
