Data Entry / Finance Support

Afonso Building Solutions, is a leading multi award winning new home builder in North East Victoria and Southern NSW.  We are currently seeking a full time Data Entry / Finance Support member.

This is a full time role operating out of our head office in Wodonga and a great opportunity for an experienced individual to become part of an established team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Work between the hours of 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

• Data entry and finance support

• Time sheet management, data entries and storage

• Assist with reporting

• Perform basic administrative tasks

• Maintain accurate records

To be successful in this role you must demonstrate:

• Proficient and excellent in the use of MYOB Exo

• Experience in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)

• Previous Data Entry / Admin experience

• Excellent analytical skills and a high attention to detail

• Exceptional administration and organisational skills
