About the role

We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team based in Tweed Heads.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, takes pride in accuracy, and understands the importance of getting orders packed correctly and dispatched on time.

You’ll be part of a supportive team helping ensure our customers receive their pet healthcare orders quickly, safely and accurately.

Key responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Picking and packing customer orders for delivery

• Preparing parcels and printing shipping labels

• Receipting stock from suppliers

• Putting away stock accurately in the warehouse

• Completing inventory checks and stock counts

• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe

• Assisting with other general warehouse tasks as required

About you

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, positive and detail-focused.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous warehouse, picking and packing, fulfilment or logistics experience

• Strong attention to detail

• The ability to work efficiently and meet daily deadlines

• Confidence working both independently and as part of a team

• A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed

• Good communication skills

• A good level of physical fitness

• The ability to safely lift up to 20kg

Experience in eCommerce, pharmacy, pet products or high-volume order fulfilment would be highly regarded, but is not essential.
