Senior Property Manager | $130,000 + Parking + Commissions | No Accounts

If you're an experienced Property Manager who loves building relationships with landlords but is tired of spending your days conducting inspections, managing trust accounting, running open homes and juggling endless administrative tasks, this role has been designed differently.

A highly regarded real estate agency is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to manage a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 160 properties, with a dedicated support team in place allowing you to focus on what you do best: landlord relationships, portfolio performance and exceptional customer service.

This is a genuine Monday to Friday, office-based position with no requirement to leave the office for inspections or open homes.

Your portfolio will be supported by:

• A dedicated Property Officer to conduct all routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
• A dedicated Leasing Executive to manage leasing enquiries and conduct open homes
• A dedicated Accounts Officer to manage trust accounting and portfolio accounts administration

To be considered, you will possess:

• Previous residential property management experience
• Strong understanding of NSW residential tenancy legislation
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
• High attention to detail and organisational ability
• A professional and proactive approach to property management
• Current Certificate of Registration, Class 2 Licence or Class 1 Licence
