What you'll be working on

• Leading and coaching a team of Clinical Health Coordinators, Health & Wellness Consultants and Benefits Coordinators

• Overseeing clinical governance, quality management and pre-existing condition assessments

• Designing and delivering evidence-based health and wellbeing programs for members and corporate partners

• Growing the scope of telehealth, case management, discharge support, Hospital Substitute Treatment and Chronic Disease Management programs

• Acting as internal clinical SME — advising across Claims, Member Services and the broader business

• Managing a clinical relationship with a network of external health and wellbeing providers

• Tracking and reporting on program outcomes, claims cost impacts and member experience

What will make you successful

You're an AHPRA / DAA - registered health professional — nurse, physiotherapist, dietitian, or allied health professional — with a genuine passion for population health and member outcomes. You know how to lead people through change, and you bring the kind of energy that lifts a team.

You'll need experience in private health insurance, clinical governance or population health, alongside strong relationship management skills in a commercial setting.

Experience in critical care, community care or hospital in the home is highly regarded. Postgraduate qualifications in a clinical specialty, business or population health will set you apart.
