The Location

Surrounded by lush tropical gardens and sparkling blue lagoons, Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast offers over 295 guest rooms and suites, award winning restaurants and bars and over 14 conference and meeting spaces, all in an absolute beachfront environment.

The Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Outlets Manager to oversee the operation of our outlets.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Be hands-on in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of all F&B Outlets (excluding Pearls Bar & Oasis Pool Bar).

• Lead a strong service culture to ensure that guest expectations are consistently met, and exceeded 

• Maintain operating budgets, forecasts and business plans to ensure profitability.

• Influence a positive and collaborative work environment, where everyone strives to give their best and be their best every day

What we are looking for

• Previous multiple Restaurant/Bar operations experience at a Manager level

• Strong business acumen with experience in developing and executing budgets, forecasts and business plans

• A passion for guest engagement and building rapports that promotes loyalty from our guests

• Professional communication and genuine interpersonal skills

• Effective time management with the ability to juggle multiple and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• A team player and hands-on leader with the ability to motive, engage and inspire a large team

• A focus on fostering a strong company culture and values

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word 

• Previous experience with MICROS would be advantageous 

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekend and holiday periods
