With continued growth in vehicle sales and customer demand, our Bayswater dealership is looking for both junior and experienced accessory fitters to join our workshop team.

About the Role

As an 4X4 Accessory Fitter, you’ll be part of our Pre-Delivery team and responsible for installing a wide range of 4WD and mining accessories on new and used vehicles — including tow bars, roof racks, bull bars, lighting, trays, and tech systems — ensuring each job meets Toyota's high standards and customer expectations.

Who We’re Looking For

Senior Fitters:

• Proven experience in accessory fitting or light mechanical work

• Strong understanding of automotive tools and equipment

• Ability to read and follow technical fitting guides

• High level of attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Ability to work unsupervised and mentor junior staff

Junior Fitters / Entry-Level:

• A strong interest in automotive work

• Some hands-on experience or mechanical aptitude preferred

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions

• Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic

• A current driver’s licence (or working towards one)

Key Responsibilities

• Fit a wide range of genuine Toyota accessories to vehicles in line with factory guidelines

• Complete pre-delivery inspections as required

• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment

• Work collaboratively with the workshop, pre-delivery, and sales teams

• Deliver high-quality work to meet customer and dealership expectations
