About the Department
The Reservations and Fullerton Express team serves as the hotel’s central communications hub. We handle guest calls, room and restaurant bookings, in-room dining orders, and various guest requests. Our team members are professional, proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service over the phone.

Now Hiring:
We are currently seeking a Full-Time FXP and Reservation Agent Agent to join our dedicated team.

Please note: This role requires permanent overnight availability.

About the Role
As a FXP and Reservation Agent, you will:

• Answer all in-house and external guest calls and facilitate the requests.

• Recommendations or action the hotel's services and facilities.

• Action all requests and feedback to ensure 100% guest satisfaction

• Process and Cross-sell F&B, Rooms and Other services and process them

• Assist with other projects as requested by Shift Leaders and the Manager

What We’re Looking For

• Previous hotel experience preferred. 

• Experience in customer service is highly regarded.

• Full working rights for full time is required

• Professional level of communication skills both spoken and written.

• True passion for exceeding customer expectations

• 24/7 hours flexible with overnight availability across 7 days.

• Committed attitude of accountability on thorough follow-up, strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work with a team or alone is recommended.
