Sales Consultant (remote work from home)

We're a small team Family Photography studio in Sydney, and we're after our most passionate salesperson yet.

We don't just take photos. We create the kind of experience that has mums tearing up in the best way, seeing their family captured properly for the first time.
Since day one, we've helped thousands of families walk away with images they'll treasure for the rest of their lives.

Your role: Sales Consultant

You'll be the face of the whole experience, from the first warm hello to the moment a family leaves holding something they'll never let go of. You'll guide them through the day, keep everything running smoothly, and make every single touchpoint feel personal and premium.

This role is built on connection. You'll own the client relationship start to finish: communicating clearly, managing the day, and delivering a genuinely five-star experience every step of the way. A big part of that is being someone mums instantly feel comfortable with, warm, easy to talk to, and on their side.

Your biggest moment comes at the end of each shoot. You'll sit down one-on-one and walk a family through their images, helping them choose and invest in the photos that tell their story best. Whether they're marking a new baby, a milestone, or just finally getting everyone in the same room, you'll help them see how special their family really is.

You'll consistently hit your sales targets and KPIs, and represent our brand with heart and integrity in every interaction.

Uncapped Commissions

Uncapped commissions, your choice: full-time or flexible part-time hours, fully remote (work from home) or hybrid - one day/week in studio. Top performers earn $150,000+.
