ACCOUNTS PAYABLE OFFICER

An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced, driven accounts payable officer to join our Team

Your Role at Jasara as an Accounts Payable Officer will include key responsibilities such as: 

• Ensuring all local invoices and payments are processed in a timely and accurate manner.

• Follow up any invoice disputes to achieve positive outcomes.

• Set up new suppliers 

• Ensure all payments are authorised by the appropriate personnel and payments are accurate when loaded into our systems.

• Send remittance advices.

• Perform monthly supplier reconciliation and liaise both internally and externally.

• Administration duties, data entry and filing

• Answering internal and external general queries

Skills and experience:

• Min 5yrs experience with MYOB

• Previous experience in accounts payable position 

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail 

• Ability to work well as part of a team 

• Demonstrated ability to handle high workload in a timely manner 

• Excellent communication skills & time management skills
