What’s the role all about?

You’ll manage compliance and client delivery across a portfolio of businesses, ensuring work is delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time.

This includes:

• Financial statements

• Tax returns

• BAS preparation and lodgements

• Client communication and follow-up

• Workflow management and job progression

What Success Looks Like

• Deliver work on time, every time

• Produce clean, review-ready files

• Respond quickly and professionally

• Keep workflow moving without constant follow-up

What makes you the perfect fit?

We’re looking for someone who’s not just great at tax but also a natural leader and problem-solver. Here’s what we’d love to see:

• 4+ years of experience in a public practice firm

• Strong knowledge of Australian taxation legislation

• Experience with financial statement and tax return preparation

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with cloud-based accounting software (Xero, MYOB) is a plus
