About the Role

• Own the end-to-end finance function across multiple entities, including monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Deliver weekly financial insights and reporting to the Leadership Team, helping drive commercial and operational decisions across the business.
• Manage payroll, compensation structures, BAS, compliance requirements, and financial controls across the organisation.
• Oversee revenue operations, including multi-year program revenue recognition, commission reconciliation, and invoicing processes.
• Partner with department leaders to provide financial guidance, challenge assumptions, and improve business performance through data-driven decision making.
• Lead and support the Finance Operations Coordinator while continuing to build finance processes, systems, and operational efficiencies.

Selection Criteria

• CA or CPA qualified
• Finance Manager Experience
