Warner Stone is a trusted supplier of premium reconstituted stone, serving builders, stonemasons and fabricators across Australia. Backed by over 20 years of international manufacturing experience, we're continuing to grow our Melbourne team.

We're looking for a reliable, execution-focused Sales Representative to join us.

This is a field-based role where you'll build long-term relationships with existing customers while actively developing new business opportunities. We're looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, takes ownership of their work, follows through on commitments, and delivers results.

What We Offer

• Base salary: $67,000 – $70,000 + super

• Car allowance + uncapped commission (OTE up to $90K–$100K achievable in first year)

Your Day-to-Day

• Visit existing customers to strengthen relationships and understand needs

• Follow up on warm leads from our internal team

• Develop new business across stonemasons, builders, and cabinetmakers, while also working to establish brand presence among architects and interior designers.

• Maintain records of visits and outcomes in a clear and consistent manner

• Ensure a smooth order handover and a positive customer experience

• Communicate customer feedback to the team to improve service and support

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys getting things done.

You will ideally be someone who:

• Enjoys meeting customers and working independently in the field

• Has strong execution skills and follows through on commitments

• Is reliable, organised and accountable in day-to-day work

• Remains calm under pressure and bounces back quickly from setbacks

• Is proactive, self-motivated and results-driven

• Manages time well and consistently follows company processes

• Is willing to learn and continuously improve

• Has previous sales experience (building or construction industry experience is highly regarded)

• Holds a valid Australian driver's licence and full Australian work rights

• Language skills (Mandarin, Vietnamese, Arabic) are a plus but not essential
