CP Dental has been serving Queensland for over 45 years. With clinics in Coopers Plains, Mater Hill, and Emerald, we're a large, collaborative group of clinicians and support staff committed to modern, affordable dentistry done well. We're now looking for a driven Practice Manager to lead our Coopers Plains clinic — the heart of our group.

THE ROLE

You'll be the operational backbone of our Coopers Plains clinic — partnering closely with our dentists and clinical team to keep everything running at its best. No two days will look the same.

•     Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated front-office and support team

•     Oversee daily clinic operations: scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination

•     Drive patient experience — ensuring every visit feels seamless and welcoming

•     Manage billing, health fund processes, and practice software (Praktika experience a bonus)

•     Monitor KPIs and work with the Principal Dentist to hit growth targets

•     Coordinate compliance with infection control, OH&S, and AHPRA requirements

•     Recruit, onboard, and develop team members

•     Liaise with our Business Manager and broader Management Team.

ABOUT YOU

You don't need to have worked in dentistry before — but you do need to be a natural operator who loves people and can bring genuine leadership to a clinical environment.

•     Proven experience managing a team in a healthcare, dental, or service-driven setting

•     Strong interpersonal skills — you build trust quickly with clinicians, staff, and patients

•     A solutions-first mindset: when problems arise, you're already thinking three steps ahead

•     Confident with numbers, reporting, and practice management software

•     High attention to detail and the organisational skills to back it up

•     Calm under pressure — busy clinics don't rattle you, they energise you

•     A genuine passion for patient care and team culture
