Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. The position is responsible for leading the finance team and overseeing key financial aspects of the organization, including financial planning, budget management, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires a strategic thinker who has successfully navigated complex financial landscapes and can provide critical financial guidance during transformative business initiatives. To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate

• Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations

• 5+ years financial management experience in a production, logistics, supply chain or manufacturing environment

• 5+ years finance team leadership experience

• Significant business transformation experience

• Proficiency with financial software and ERP systems

• Experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting

• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial modelling techniques

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• High level of integrity and attention to detail

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

• CPA or CA qualified
